The Benefits of Our All Levels Pilates Class:

This class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, provide easier movement and freedom in your joints, and to help restore your mind-body connection. Pilates can also be used as an aid in rehabilitation after injury or surgery. Your instructor will guide you through various exercises and stretches in this 60-minute class. This class is suitable for all levels and offers deliberately paced instruction that focuses on stretching and low-impact strengthening. Our All Levels Pilates is instructed by Emily.

There are many styles of yoga, and Yoga Flow is all about “flowing” from one posture immediately into another, guided by the breath. Postures are timed with an inhalation and exhalation in a choreographed sequence to encourage a meditative state. Yoga Flow allows you to let go of your worries and thoughts and focus on being in the present moment. This class is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants and is instructed by Leona on Mondays and by Becca on Thursdays.

What to Expect During Your Yoga or Pilates Class:

We offer something for everyone with our new Pilates and Yoga Wellness Classes. Our classes are for beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours! All props necessary for any modifications are provided.


Participants are guided through various stretches and exercises throughout the hour long class. We offer All Levels Pilates and Yoga Flow.

Leona

Yoga Instructor

Leona moved to Bridgewater in 2016 with her family and Boston Terrier. She teaches literature and works in academic administration at Bridgewater College. Leona earned her 200 hour yoga certification in May 2022 at The Center School of Yoga with Suzanne McCahill Perrine. In addition to yoga, she enjoys writing, running, lifting weights, live music, and reading. She teaches vinyasa, power yoga, and beginner yoga.

Toni Rossi-Miller, LMT, PTA has been a Master Pilates Instructor in the Valley for over 20 years. She has experience with in class instruction in a variety of settings as well as individual, one-on-one training. She specializes in restorative Pilates, integrating breath and movement with proper body mechanics to increase greater physical and mental awareness of how your body moves and feels. Toni uses her vast knowledge and history in healthcare to guide her instruction - allowing her classes to be performed by any fitness level which makes it a very rehabilitative and restorative program. Toni keeps her classes lighthearted and focuses on a fun, engaging class which welcomes newcomers!

Becca

Yoga Instructor (YTT 200), Owner, and Owner

With a client-first focus and a desire to offer a variety of holistic wellness opportunities for her community, Becca recently completed a longtime goal: her 200-hr YTT! In addition to her responsibilities as owner of Bridgewater Massage & Wellness and her dedication to her clients as a Licensed Massage Therapist, she leads Thursday Yoga Flow classes and is excited to develop additional classes in the future. Becca’s class is suited for all fitness levels and pays special attention to helping attendees develop an understanding of the foundations of yoga.

Emily is a valley native who lives in Bridgewater with her husband and six children. She is an ACE group fitness instructor and BASI Pilates mat instructor, both for mat classes. Emily is passionate about health, fitness, and community. She teaches Pilates, Seated Fitness, Barre, and Reformer Classes at RMH Wellness center, and All Levels Pilates at Bridgewater Massage & Wellness. She believes that movement helps to build strength, balance, and confidence.
